If I purchase a package now, can I start using it later?
Yes, you can. However, the package must be activated within 60 days of purchase, otherwise it will be forfeited.

How do I activate the package?
To activate the package, simply book your first class.

For shareable packages, how do I share them with friends?

• Please email us with your friends’ email addresses.
• Before that, make sure your friends sign up for an account with us.
• Once done, we will link them to your package for sharing.

Can I change the names of my friends for sharing later on?
No. You must fix your 2 friends for sharing at the start. Changes are not allowed after that.

Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No, memberships are non-transferable. However, if you have a shareable package, your nominated friends can continue to use the remaining credits if you are unable to.

If I’m going away for a long holiday, can I pause my membership?
You may extend your package validity by 2 months for a fee of $50 (or $54.50 inclusive of GST).

I have a medical injury with documents. Can I pause my membership?
Yes. The same option applies: you may extend your package validity by 2 months for $50 (or $54.50 inclusive of GST).

Can the extension fee be waived for medical cases
No, the fee is still applicable. However, we do not require you to submit medical documents if you are only requesting a 2-month extension.

If I need more than 2 months extension due to medical reasons, what should I do?
The $54.50 fee is still applicable. If you need an extension longer than 2 months, we will assess it on a case-by-case basis, and you will need to provide supporting medical documents.

I have a few credits left. Can they be used together with a new package?
Yes, you can use your remaining credits together with the new package.

If I have credits left that are expiring soon, can I purchase a new package to extend their validity
Yes. When you purchase a new package, your remaining old credits will be extended to match the validity period of the new package.

I have a few credits left but do not wish to buy another package. What happens to them?

• Unused credits that are expired are forfeited and non-refundable.
• We recommend topping up just enough credits to attend another class.
• You can top up 5, 10, 15, or 20 credits, charged at $1 each.
