Job Description:

As a Pilates Reformer Instructor, you’ll lead invigorating group classes and offer personalized guidance to clients of all skill levels. Your main objective is to deliver safe and effective Pilates workouts on the reformer machine/mat while tailoring each session to meet the unique needs and goals of every individual.

Qualifications:

– Certification: Possess a valid Pilates Reformer Instructor certification from a recognized organization. Don’t have certification yet? No worries! If you’re passionate about fitness, you can still apply, and we’ll provide comprehensive training with a bond agreement.

– Experience: While prior experience in teaching Pilates Reformer classes is preferred, it’s not essential. If you have a strong interest in fitness or previous coaching experience, we encourage you to apply and grow with us.

– CPR/AED First-aid Certification: Maintain a current CPR/AED certification to ensure the safety of our clients.

– Strong Communication: Engage effectively with clients by providing clear instructions and fostering positive connections.

– Anatomy Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of human anatomy and its relevance to Pilates practice.

– Passion for Fitness: Share our genuine passion for Pilates and helping clients achieve their fitness aspirations.
