Welcome to RX – Self-Access Reformer Pilates with a Group Energy

RX (Revolutionary Exercise) is our next-gen Reformer Pilates experience – a fully self-access, staff-free studio where you move on your own, but never feel alone.

Book your spot via the Tirisula app, just like any other class. At the scheduled time (e.g. 8:30 AM – Full Body Level 1), a specially curated workout video will play on-screen in the studio. Everyone in the session will follow along together, creating a motivating, group-class feel – without an instructor in the room.

Feel free to cheer each other on, share good vibes, and enjoy the energy of a shared workout!

What Makes RX Different?

  • No instructors. No front desk. Just you, your Reformer, and fellow members.

  • Access the studio via the Tirisula app.

    15 minutes before class, an unlock button will appear in your app. Just turn on Bluetooth and Location Services, press the button, and you’re in.

  • Over 1,000+ workouts and 40+ instructors from around the world – your routine will always feel fresh and inspiring.

  • Classes change weekly, so no two sessions are the same.

Before You Come

  • You’ll receive an email 3 hours before class with step-by-step entry instructions.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early to enter, set up your Reformer, and do your own warm-up.

  • The workout video will start exactly on time, so please be punctual.

  • Grip socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the studio.

After Class

  • Please wipe down and reset the Reformer equipment to its original position.

  • Remove all springs and place the box on the Reformer frame.

  • Leave the studio clean and ready for the next member.

Prefer Some Guidance? Try RX+

Want a mix of self-guided and instructor support? RX+ offers just that.

While you follow the same on-screen video as RX, an assistant instructor will be present to assist with alignment, posture corrections, and encouragement throughout your session.

It’s a great option for those who want a little more attention—at a lower price than a fully instructor-led class.

RX classes F.A.Q.

If it’s your first time, we recommend you go to our instructor led beginners classes at least for 5 classes before embarking on RX classes, to get familiar with the equipment and for safety. Or you could go for 2-3 instructor led classes, then proceed to RX+ classes. 

RX classes are fully video-led without instructor assistance.

RX+ classes are also video-led, but an instructor will be present to check your alignment and guide your posture.

Both RX and RX+ offer:

RX+ additionally offers Beginner classes, which are suitable for beginners who have attended at least 3 instructor-led classes beforehand.

RX+ Beginner
Beginner-friendly and easy to follow, this class features simpler, straightforward exercises that still deliver a satisfying workout—without feeling overwhelming. Instructors are on hand to help correct alignment and technique, ensuring you build a strong and safe foundation.

RX+ Full Body Level 1
The best of both worlds: a full-body workout with hands-on guidance to support your form and alignment throughout the session. Perfect for those progressing from Beginner level and ready for a slightly more challenging, well-balanced routine—without jumping straight into high intensity.

RX+ Full Body Level 2
Get ready to sculpt, strengthen, and sweat. This high-intensity, intermediate-level class is perfect for those who love a tough Reformer workout and want to challenge their limits. With hands-on adjustments to ensure safe form and give that extra push when you need it, you’ll be motivated to go further, move better, and feel stronger after every session.

RX+ Stretch and Strength
Deepen your mobility and build lasting strength—safely and effectively. With hands-on guidance to support your form and technique, you’ll get the best of both alignment and flow as you lengthen and tone.

RX Full Body Level 1
A balanced full-body workout perfect for those ready to progress from the basics. This Level 1 class strengthens, tones, and enhances mobility with dynamic routines that work every major muscle group—without overwhelming the body.

RX Full Body Level 2
Take it up a notch. This intermediate class delivers a more intense full-body burn, with challenging sequences that push your endurance, coordination, and strength. Designed for those already confident with Reformer fundamentals and ready to level up.

RX Stretch and Strength
Feel longer, leaner, and stronger. This class blends deep, Reformer-assisted stretches with strength-building flows. Ideal for improving posture, flexibility, and muscular balance—all in one well-rounded session.

When booking your class, you can select your preferred Reformer number. Please ensure you use the Reformer you booked, as attendance and spot usage are monitored via CCTV.

Yes, you may still join the class. However, it is entirely at your own responsibility for your safety. Please be mindful not to disrupt other students.

No, you cannot join the next class.

The following class may already have bookings. Attendance is monitored via CCTV.

If you join a class without a valid booking, we will deduct double the number of class credits as a penalty.
