Book for Classes
- Group Classes are now available for booking up to 7 days in advance. Get ahead of the game and secure your spot for the classes you love.
- Book for your favourite classes at least 4 hrs ahead.
- If you need to modify your schedule, please cancel the class at least 6 hours ahead to receive a credit refund. For late cancellations or no shows, a credit will be charged. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Safety first! For Pilates reformer and chair classes, it’s important for all students to wear grip socks. Don’t worry if you forgot to bring a pair or don’t have any yet, as we have them available for purchase at our studio.
- Time is of the essence! We kindly ask all students to arrive at least 10 minutes early before the class begins. Unfortunately, for the safety of all participants, latecomers who are more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed into the class. Please note that credits will not be refunded for late arrivals.
