Anatomy- Poses for your Kidneys

You might not think very much about keeping your kidneys healthy, but yoga poses like Boat Pose and Head-to-Knee Forward Bend stimulate these vital, blood-purifying organs.

Today, I’m going to list a few Yoga Asanas that can help you to cleansing and detox your kidneys.

Padangusthasana -Big Toe Pose

This pose gently lengthens and strengthens even stubbornly tight hamstrings.

 

Navasana – Boat Pose

 

 

 

 

An ab and deep hip flexor strengthener, Paripurna Navasana requires you to balance on the tripod of your sitting bones and tailbone.

 

Marjaryasana – Cat Pose

This pose provides a gentle massage to the spine and belly organs.

 

Bitilasana – Cow Pose

Cow Pose is an easy, gentle way to warm up the spine.

 

Ardha Matsyendrasana – Half Lord of the Fishes Pose

Half Lord of the Fishes pose energizes the spine and stimulates the digestive fire.

So when doing all above the poses, there will be gently pressure, twist, squeeze of the inner organ such as kidney throughout the movement, it will be really good to do a detox or inner organ cleansing Yoga frequently to keep yourself healthy.
