Why Do Yoga?

I usually have common responses from people when they find out that I do yoga. The most common one is “You do yoga?” with an exclamation. I am not sure if it is a gender stereotypic response or other reasons but it does not matter to me.

There are some exceptions but what I am saying is that anyone can do and everyone should do yoga. If you have not already known, yoga can bring about amazing benefits. There should be no reason for one not to do yoga after knowing the benefits it can bring. On the surface, it can bring about physical benefits such as improved flexibility and muscle strength. Furthermore, it can also strengthen the mind to have a better focus and much much more!
