Urdhva Mukha Svanasana(Upward facing dog) Asana technique

From Chaturanga position ,
1) Lay down  on your stomach with your hands placed directly underneath your shoulders.

2) Ensure your legs and feet are together behind you.
3) As you inhale, push with your hands, use the strength of your arms and push your upper body up off the floor.
4) Come all the way up, until your arms are straight and your belly button lifts off the floor, lift your chin and look upwards.

5) As you exhale, you can bend your elbows and slowly lower your stomach, chest and chin back down on the floor.
– If you have neck pain, keep the head level and look straight forward.
– Follow the preceding instructions, keeping your thighs on the floor
