The Most Simple Yoga Poses for Lower Back Pain

Lower Back Pain is a very common issue nowadays. Some simple yoga poses may help you to relive your lower back pain.

1. Cat & Cow
Start with table top position, while inhaling, lift your chest and tailbone pointing towards the ceiling into Cat position. While exhale, round your back and drop your head into cow position. You will feel a very good stretch at the back. Repeat this for a few rounds.

2. Supine Twist
Lay on your back, open up for arms to form a “T” shape on the mat. As you inhale slowly bring your knees to your chest and exhale slowing bring your knees toward the left side. Inhale, back to the center and exhale slowly bring your knees to the right side. Repeat this for a few times.

Remember to keep your shoulders on the floor and the twist will give you a great tension reliever for the entire back.

3. Child pose!
Start with table top position, sit back on your glutes, stretched your arms in front of you, rest your forehead on the mat and just keep breathing.

This is the easiest pose and it’s a resting pose yet this pose elongates your back and relives stress. Most recommend after a looooong day of work.
