  • Education Master Teacher Satya is a Yoga Alliance, USA Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Prenatal Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500, T500 and RPYT) with more than 23000 hrs of teaching experience. Master Satya is one of the few Yoga Master Teachers in Southeast Asia who has trained more than 1000 Yoga Teachers. Satya is also a Master Healer in Reiki under the Usui Method. Master Teacher Satya’s certifications include: International Diploma in Ashtanga Yoga (Shiva Yoga Kendra), Certified Teacher in Ashtanga Vinyasa from Mysore, India. Master Trainer Satya did her Yoga certification training and training attachments in Mysore, Chennai and Rishikesh, the holy land of Yoga, India. She is also a Vibrational Sound Healer. Satya is an experienced and all-rounded fitness instructor with more than 15 years of experience. Satya’s fitness background began as an Aerobics Instructor and Fitness Instructor, certified by the Singapore Sports Council. Satya is a certified Aqua Aerobics Instructor from FISAF .Satya is also a highly regarded Pilates teacher who has done her program in USA with Denise Carter.

Satya has a unique capacity and capability to teach Anatomy and Physiology combined with the mastery of yoga postures and pilates exercises. This very solid combination of theory and practical makes her the most prolific, versatile, surgical and highly precise teacher in South East Asia. She is able to impart this highly synthesised knowledge to you in a comprehensive and simple manner to layman’s language. Satya’s ability to co-relate the concepts of the East and West makes it easier for her students to understand Yoga and Pilates (principles and exercises) for therapy work.
  • Skills In her early life, Satya was diagnosed with Scoliosis (lateral curvature in the spine) during her teens and doctors advised her to do more abdominal work and swimming. In addition, she practised Yoga and Pilates to help herself to stabilize the condition as she began to be more aware of her posture and develop her deep core strength. She has completely recovered from her spinal condition since then. As such, she specializes in combining Yoga Therapy for Scoliosis and also Pilates exercises that help to improve the condition in scoliosis. Satya specialises in back pain treatment, spinal disorders, arthritis and joint issues. Satya knows the intricacies of combining different techniques in Yoga such as mudras, pranayama and kriyas to get tto the root cause of the disease.
