Stomach Series : Double Leg Stretch
Starting Position: Flexion of the neck, flexion of the pelvis, flexion at the hip and knee joint, flexion at the shoulder joint, extension at the elbow joint, plantar flexion of the ankle.
Exercise: Inhale – Flexion at the shoulder joint, extension at the knee joint & hip joint
Exhale: extension at the shoulder joint, flexion at the knee joint & hip joint.
