Sirsasana (Headstand) is one of the poses which all Yogis hope to master

Benefits of Headstand :

It can help to relieve stress. By turning upside down it increases blood flow to the head and scalp. It also improve blood flow the eyes, strengthen the arms and shoulders, strengthen the core muscles,  improves digestion, decreases fluid build up  in the feet, legs and ankles. The inverted position flushes nutrients and oxygen to the face and all over the body  and thereby create radiant skin on the face and body. It also stimulates the hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenal glands which is vital for our daily bodily functions.

People with high blood pressure, having menstruations, heart problems, eye, ear problems, acid reflux should not practice headstand

Sirsasana has tons of beneftis , so keep practising.
