Recipe – Strawberry oatmeal smoothie


1 cup of soy milk, ½ cup rolled oats, 1 banana, 14 frozen strawberries, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 and ½ brown sugar


  1. Cut banana into pieces.

  2. In a blender, combine soy milk, oats, banana and strawberries.

  3. Add vanilla and sugar if desired. Blend until smooth.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve.
