One of the Five Principles of Yoga is Pranayama that means the control of vital energy. Pranayama controls the energy in us, to restore and maintain health and to promote evolution.Dharana is focusing thought in one place ,which is concentration.Dyana is the state of oneness we reach during meditation.I do pranayama regularly.It helped me a lot to increase focusig and resistance during my exercises as well as my daily life.
