Open Your Heart to the Power of Yoga

Moving through a sequence of asanas with breath, pose and gaze moves the life energy or prana around our body with the power to unblock the energy in our chakras. When the chakras are balanced the spiritual energy can flow within. The more we practise, the deeper the experience gets and a healing takes place on all levels of body, mind and soul. Deep seated impressions are released in our subconscious mind, which are the reason for our behavioral patterns, allowing space for positive change. Asanas are a meditation in movement, and the beauty is that we are taken to a place deep within where the real Self resides. The Self that is seated in all Beings,in every one of us the same.
