OM:1,Make sure the sound rotate in the body,don’t produce or yellout.
2,Just relax,without extra force or being stressful.
3,Energy flows from bottom up to head. The length of chanting each word is the same.
4.Short ones are much easier for personal practice. If have the capacity to control can practice longer.
