Let me explain how to go deeper in to Pascimottanasa by few simple tricks.
1. Lift your knee caps which will contract your quadriceps. The opposite muscle hamstring will relax to help you go deeper.
2. Contract Psoas muscles by applying Udyan Bandh that will relax Gluteus Maximus which will help go deeper in to the pose.
And not just this there are so many adjustment which can help us to achieve “Sthiram sukham Asanam”state.
