Meditation Pranayama

Pranayama

This was one of the classes I was most worried about. You seem to have to learn how to organize a healthy mind. There is a saying: Yoga calms the mind, but if you want to calm your mind, you can do yoga. It’s like the world of yoga is ideal. It was very valuable time for me, who is always in a hurry. Meditation does not seem to bring quietness to the mind by rushing in to it. I haven’t felt a big drastic change yet, but I think it’s worthwhile just to put my mind at ease, and I will keep trying to feel a bigger change.

Jnana Mudra, Chin Mudra

It seems to be of great help in controlling the mind and breathing.

Jnana Mudra and Chin Mudra are simple but mental nerve fingers that make meditation more powerful.  Fingers and palms have many nerve root terminals that constantly radiate energy.  When your finger touches the thumb, it is said that a furnace is created that redirects energy that is normally scattered into the natural environment back to the body and brain.  When the fingers and hands are placed on the knee, the knee becomes sensitive, creating another circuit that redirects and maintains the prana into the body.

A hand resting on the knee stimulates Nadi, which rises from the knee and rises into the inner thigh into the perineum.  This Nadi is known as Guptanadi.  Sensitization of this pathway helps stimulate the energy of the Muladhara Chakra.  Chin Mudra opens your chest wide when your palms are facing up.
