Manifestation

I have always enjoyed reading self-help books, and one of the books which guided me through a challenging time in my life was ‘The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne. It explains how the law of attraction, which states that positive energy attracts positive things into your life, governs your thinking and actions, and how you can use the power of positive thinking to achieve anything you can imagine. I remember clearly what I wanted. I manifested for a beautiful family of my own in years to come. It has been over a decade since I last read this book.

What is Manifestation?

If you google the word ‘Manifestation’, it says:

Manifestation (or manifesting) refers to various pseudoscientific self-help strategies intended to bring about a personal goal, primarily by focusing one’s thoughts upon the desired outcome. The techniques are based on the law of attraction of New Thought spirituality. While the process involves positive thinking, or even directing requests to “the universe”, it also involves action-steps on the part of the individual.

Why Manifest?

Manifesting is a practice that benefits literally every area of your life because it empowers you to become the very best version of yourself that exists, embody the person you most want to become, and help you to unlock the infinite potential that you have to create the life of your dreams.

Who should Manifest?

Anyone and Everyone who wants to become the very best version of yourself and turning your dreams into reality.

Where and When to Manifest?

You can practise Manifestation any time, anywhere, everywhere. Manifestation takes practise, and most importantly you have to believe in yourself and believe in it. You don’t only manifest in big things, it can be practise on everything and anything!

How to Manifest?

Starts small and build it in your everyday life. It can be as small as manifesting that the train arrives the moment you arrive at the train station, getting a cab immediately when your running late, pass a difficult exam, getting a promotion at work or even meeting the man of your dreams!

Manifesting allows me to create a positive headspace and fill my daily life with gratitude. Manifesting will continue to be one of my mental health practices. Do keep in mind that it doesn’t happen overnight. A decade later, I considered myself lucky being married with 2 beautiful children. I like to believe that this happen as a part of my manifestation practise. What do you think?
