How yoga has made a difference to my life?

I never thought about waking up at 6.30am on every Saturday and Sunday for 10 weeks. Going through these 10 weeks, it proved that I can do it. It is a good habit and discipline. I rather wake up and do some exercise rather than sleeping in. I am glad I signed up for the yoga teacher training course.

Never say never. Never try, never know.

After learning yoga theory, ashtanga primary series, lesson planning, I look at yoga and human in a different way.

Till now, Yoga has already me stronger physically and mentally. I feel there is still so much more to learn in yoga – therepeutic, kids, prenatal, …

I hope I can keep the momentum going after the course ends.
