The omega-3 fats in tuna may lower your risk of cardiovascular disease. Omega-3 fats may reduce blood clots and help prevent strokes, high blood pressure and heart attacks. And it also protects your heart from developing abnormal heart rhythms that can be fatal.

Avocado, as you know, is a great source of monounsaturated oleic acid, vitamin E, A, C, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. These may reduce blood clots, high blood pressure, avoid cancer and good for diuretic effect and constipation.

Nametake is a Japanese traditional preserved food and a good friend of rice. You can buy it at Cold storage or some Japanese supermarket. It contains about 80% of golden mushrooms and the main seasonings are soy sauce and sugar.
