Diet Nutrition

It is very important to have a proper diet in my daily life. All of us need a lot of nutrition in our body. As I am aware we must eat right food to give healthy weight and prevent any health issues. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetable. In our diet nutrition- milk, cheese,egg, wholemeal bread, cornflakes, fish and etc. There is no restricted in eating except beef. It is important to eat 4 meals in a day in my diet. I watch my diet what I eat. I exercise daily to control my weight. We must give an allowance for the food to digest. I am feeling great to have a lot energy, to improve in my outlook and stabilized my emotion. I must learn to create a healthy diet that is good for my body mind.
