Ever since I take up this TTC course, I have benefited so much even thought I have been practicing yoga for a few years.
Initially I was skeptical about taking up this course because I thought I may not be able to survive for 5 weeks with all the asana and theory. Now I enjoy every moment in class. Teachers and classmates are friendly and helpful. We not only learn to be strong physically but mentally as well.
I have hard time absorbing all the information the school provide us ( this show how much they willing to teach), but I will try my best.
