What makes a Camel move?

Camel pose, Ustrasana in Sanskrit, is both a chest opening and backbend pose.
Its benefits include stretching the entire front of the body, deep hip flexors, thighs, and ankles, strengthening the back muscles and stimulating the abdominal organs.
