冥想与调息

还记得第一次接触瑜伽是在公司里, 公司为了缓解员工的工作压力,安排了瑜伽课,尊巴,普拉提等一些健身课。也许是平时工作节奏太快,瑜伽课的专注与放松吸引了我,我感觉那一小时的瑜伽课是属于我自己的,外界的一切都与我无关,身体与思想是完全放松的,后来因为疫情,公司停课, 我报名了200 小时瑜伽培训,才明白瑜伽体式的练习,专注 和冥想能够完全的放松身体与思想。 当下随着科技的进步和经济的发展, 人与人的联系密切,个人的真正的私人空间也越来越少, 手机无时无刻的在提醒我们24 小时待命。工作的压力, 生活的焦虑有时压的喘不过气来, 但通过冥我们可以减轻这种压力和焦虑,冥想让我们置身于最轻松的空间, 闭上眼,专注于自己的呼吸,隔离外界的一切,压力和焦虑随着呼吸从我们身体排出,让我们真正的达到放松全身心。不仅如此, 冥想还有助于增强我们的记忆力和专注力,通过专注于当前的时刻,思想高度集中于自己的呼吸有助于我们的思维高度集中于某一事物而增强对其的记忆力,同时大类研究表明,冥想还有利于增强睡眠和心血管健康。 与冥想一样重要的还有瑜伽中的调息法, 就像《哈他瑜伽之光》书中说的“呼吸在,生命就在。呼吸停止,生命也就结束了, 所以,请调理你的呼吸。”调理呼吸有助于促进肾脏、脾、胃、大肠、小肠等其他器官的血液循环,帮助肺保持洁净,提高新鲜的血液流量。 调息时通过对呼吸的专注也有助于安神减轻焦虑, 提高集中力。在瑜伽体式练习中,调息也有利于体式的加强和深入。 瑜伽调息法包括乌加依调息法,鼻孔交替调息法和圣光调息法等,调息法的本质在于有意识的控制呼吸,用呼吸使神经系统安静下来, 使注意力更集中从而唤醒潜在的肌精神能量。 呼吸与调息的区别在于,一般呼吸只利用了我们肺上部分的肌肉,而调息不仅利用肺的上部分,它还充分调动了横膈膜以下的肌肉,增强了氧气的吸入量,大大的带走了身体的毒素,净化了血液。在瑜伽中冥想与调息相辅相成,起着很大的作用。
