Asana Yoga

When I first join Yoga, I don’t know anything about Asana. During the yoga class, I feel the muscle pain in my body. I bear the pain during yoga. After the Yoga class end, I went home to practice 12 steps of  Asana Surya Namaskara A. It sound not so difficult to do it.  Whilst practicing Asana, I feel the stretch of my muscle all over the body. After few days, the pain was gone.  With regular Asana practice I am overall quite physical and mental health and possible from prevention of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and arthritis.  It is good for stretching, straighten the spine, stimulating the circulatory and immune systems and breathing. I feel my mind relaxing and reduce stress.

1. Inhale Arms Up
2. Exhale Uttanasana
3. Inhale Half Way Lift
4. Exhale Jump Back (Chaturanga)
5. Inhale Urdhva Mukha Svanasana
6. Exhale Adho Mukha Svanasana – hold for 5 breaths
7. Inheal Jump Forward
8. Exhale Uttanasana
9. Inhale Arms Up
