Schedule/Registration/Payment
At the end of
the Tirisula Yoga Instructor Course (Malaysia), students have to go
through an assessment. The assessment
is divided into 4 sections:

Practical (150 marks)
-
Teaching (150 marks)
-
Theory (100 marks)
-
Project and Conduct (100 marks)
Total 500 marks
Students
have to get at least minimum of 60% for each section and 60% for
the overall aggregate to pass. When this is met, the student can
successfully graduate from the Yoga Instructor Course
(Malaysia).
If not, students will
have to sit for a re-assessment with the next batch.
Re-exam fees is
SGD 500.
Practical
Yoga asanas are tested in terms of knowledge of Sanskrit names,
grace in moving in and out of the Yoga pose, alignment, posture,
gaze, stability
and breathing.
Teaching
Students have to teach a Yoga class showing confidence,
knowledge, observation skills, clarity, correction techniques,
modifications and variations, ability to adapt to different
scenarios etc
Theory
Students have to sit for a written theory examination consisting
of multiple choice questions.
Conduct
Students are observed from the first lesson to the day of the
assessment. Conduct involves participation in class, keen
learning attitude, attitude towards Master Teachers and
classmates, punctuality etc.
Project
Students' written projects are marked on research contents,
originality, creativity, application and overall compilation.
Students may be required to give a short presentation on the
topic. Project work must be submitted by the deadline set by the
Tirisula Yoga Master Teachers. No marks will be awarded for late submission.

Instructor Course (Malaysia) adheres to the passing criteria
strictly.
