Our Yoga therapy workshops are designed to help bring comfort and enhance quality of life to individuals who are already seeking medical attention. For example, they will be able to manage the pain and uneasiness, sleep better, less worrying, living life in the now rather than brooding about the future.   Individuals get to understand how yoga therapy can help them and also more importantly, the knowledge about asana practice, pranayama and meditation techniques specifically designed for their condition which are self-empowering and can be practiced at home at your own pace and time.
