I’ve always thought of myself as a Warrior princess and not a damsel in distress. I’d rather fight my own dragons because it makes you stronger that way.

I think Warrior 2 pose has always been a favourite of mine even before TTC. It’s graceful and yet fierce, which describes me. 

Only after starting TTC did I realise that there’s a lot more to doing the Warrior 2 pose than just to get into it. The alignment of the feet and the way we stabilise the pose made it even more meaningful and I can feel the strength of the pose even more now. Also learning to engage my rhomboid muscles allows me to hold the arms up more comfortably than before.

So being a warrior princess gets better ; )
