My aunt is vegetarian. I learn from my aunt how to cook vegetarian when I was at Melbourne, Australia 2 years ago. I am not a vegetarian but eating more free meat meal is better for my health. Vegetarian recipes are very delicious in a way of containing various of ingredients like vegetable, beans, whole grain into my diet. I love to eat meat but cut down on meat to reduce the risk of heart disease and gain weight. They contain saturated fat and full of fiber which will help me to control on my calories and prevent high blood pressure. Cook vegetarian food at home is healthy and less oil & less salt. I always maintain my healthy lifestyle.
