Understanding My Diet

As every morning I wake up,  I start with making coffee and make some eggs, either boil or scramble. And than white toast bread which is my family eat for years and years already. but since the last one year or more, I some times I feel discomfortness in my stomache such as bloated, gassy etc. before I never refer it to my diet. I went to the doctor and the doctor said, I need to eat less spicy, less oily food etc.  And I do follow what the doctor said. But again I have craving for such a spicy food that I normally eat at lunch and dinner. I don't feel alive if I don't eat something spicy for a day. So in the end I came back to spicy food and the gastric also coming back again and again. so here it is, for the first time in my life that I got a lecture for hours about Acidic and Alkaline food. And also about vata, pitta, and kapha. This is a body type according to yoga teaching.  A person with a predominantly vata constitution will have physical and mental qualities that reflect the elemental qualities of space and air. That is why vata type are commonly quick thinking, thin, and fast moving. A pitta type, on the other hand, will have qualities reflective of fire and water, such as fiery personality and oily skin. A kapha type will typically have a solid bodily frame and calm temperament, reflecting the underlying element of earth and water. By understanding this concept, we were being explains and suggested, what to eat or what our body need to be in balance again. And coming back to the knowledge that explaining about acidic food and alkaline food, it really stick in my head and influence my daily diet in my everyday life without forcing. I start to eat what my body tells me what I need. And surprisingly I can control my brain on craving to some food that I knew will lead me to my previous style of diet. so, learning to understand and deepen the knowledge is very important for someone to change to a better.  I feel more a live and happy and incontrol about what is good, what is healty and not.  It's amazing for me to be in this stages, it's never a cross in my mind that I can do this.
