Shakti SereneAssistant Yoga Master Teacher
Shakti Serene has a innate quality to enjoy travelling and merge into the lifestyles of people in those countries to understand in a more illustrative manner of people’s lives to have a vivid understanding of human traits and qualties.
Shakti Serene is deeply attracted to people who are open to new and diverse concepts without any compromises on her own individual truths. Acceptance and non-acceptance are part of a continuum and on the same plane. She believe people tend to shift their acceptance and non-acceptance when the background or scenario changes although the situation remains the same. As such, she trusts that downright deep, people tend to live in contradictions and they have deep yearning to move towards the centre.
Shakti Serene trusts in the female energy as the essence of life that moves and make things happen. As such she is very passionate of helping people with breast cancer and depression. Her father whom she was attached to very deeply, was unfortunately diagonosed with lung cancer and succumbed to the disease. Serene was affected by this sudden passing and meditation helped her to project her feelings inwards to stabilise.
Serene is completely committed to a utopian concept of cancer free, depression free and addiction free lifestyle. Although it may seem unachievable in the present times of Kali Yuga, the age of destruction, she is unperturbed by detractors. Shakti Serene who was born flexible, is able to perform complicated asanas without much difficulty.
She found comfort in Yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation, which is one thing she finds other sports are lacking in. Meditation has allow her to become more comfortable with herself and there she found self acceptance within her. It has also brought self awareness in her, where she understand the importance of paying attention to her mind and body, which totally change her life ever since.
Serene decided to take time off to take up a 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher’s Training course with Master Paalu and Master Satya, and from there she embarked in her new found journey. To Serene, Yoga is more than just a passion because it has now become part of her life.
