Marian AngYoga Teacher
Having graduated from the International Hotel Management Institute, Lucerne, Switzerland back in 1999, Marian spent the last 14 years in the hospitality industry specialising in sales & marketing, revenue management and team management. During her professional engagement, she managed to find time to discover Stand Up Paddling in 2009 and eventually Stand Up Paddle Yoga and Yoga in 2013, and has been actively enjoying these since.
In 2013, Marian left the corporate world to set up Trinity Ark, with a mission to provide accessibility to SUP, Yoga and SUP Yoga to everyone looking for a holistic approach to fitness. She holds a 200-hr Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training certification and is qualified to lead Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes, covering Pranayama and Yoga Nidra as well. She is certified with the Radiant Child Yoga Program and is able to offer yoga in a creative and engaging manner to children aged 2 years and above.
Being Singapore Red Cross Society certified for First Aid and CPR shows her commitment towards practising fitness in a responsible way.
During her free time, Marian also enjoys windsurfing, surfing and practising Ashtanga/Hatha/Vinyasa/Hot yoga and Pilates.
