My brief introduction to Yoga class for beginners.

Yoga practice includes breath control, meditation and adoption of specific body postures. With these postures known as asanas, you can achieve strength, balance and flexibility within you.

The benefits of yoga is extensive which includes stress and pain relief, weight management, improvement of circulation, better breathing, sustainable energy and many more.

Every person in yoga class for beginners, may be lost at some point. Do not feel embarrassed or discouraged about it. Yoga is meant to be a way to clear your mind and enjoy the moment to yourself. Being in the present and giving yourself a ” me” time will recover and rejuvenate you. Everyone will have challenges along the way and the point of Yoga is to deal with those hurdles, at the same time have some fun and positive energy towards your practice.
