Inner Peace with Pratyahara and Dharana

We will manifest our greatest potential and enjoy greatest peace when we can alienate our mind from our five senses and be focused in what we do. When our mind is calm and nothing from our senses perturb us, we can achieve truly great things just like when we are calm , we can do headstand which is a challenging feat and enjoy calmness with this pose.

When we are free from our 5 senses , our mind can manifest its extraordinary capabilities, our extraordinary energies can be expressed easily , freely and effortlessly.

When we stay focused in whatever we are doing no matter how our environment changes, we can achieve truly great things and vice versa.
