New! Yoga for self-practice course is suitable for beginners to advanced students who wish to have a deeper understanding about Yoga. It is a non-teaching course, so just sit back, relax and learn Yoga, having time to explore the Yoga Philosophy, human anatomy, what exactly are you doing to your own body while putting yourself into various positions.
