Patanjala Yoga Sutra Course with Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore practice in the morning (First or Second Series). You can also choose to attend only either the morning asana practice or just join in for the theory session.
About Yoga Sutras
Yoga Sutras is a beautiful literature, carefully crafted by Patanjali Maharishi, in very condensed 196 sutras, talking about the essence of the mind and the mastery over it.
It should not only be for Yoga asana practitioners, it is for everybody who is inquisitive about how the mind works, and how to tame it or even gain mastery over it. You will gain success in whatever you do after you have understood the concept of our mind and Ego.
About Ashtanga Vinyasa (Mysore Style)
Ashtanga Vinyasa is a traditional flow and sequence of yoga asanas (posture) done in a meditative way, following one’s breath. The rhythm of the inhalation and exhalation is just so mesmerizing. Ujjayi breathing is being done throughout the practice, and all you hear in the class is the sound of waves.
For Mysore style of practice, there will be no instructions for students to practice at their own pace, but lots of adjustments and secret techniques of doing asana, applied to your body type, whispered into your ears.
You can practice either the Primary (First) Series or the Secondary (Second) Series and we will adjust your asanas.

Time: Mon to Fri, 7:30am – 1:30pm
Fees for both Ashtanga Mysore and Yoga Sutras:
SGD 2000 (Early bird sign up 8 weeks before the course date)
SGD 2300 (Standard fee)
Fees for only the morning Ashtanga Mysore practice: SGD 800 for 10 days
Fees for Yoga Sutras theory: SGD 1500
