Ashtanga Vinyasa Second Series

Want to progress to Ashtanga Vinyasa Second Series? The Ashtanga Intermediate Series is also known as Nadi Shodhana, in Sanskrit, which means clearing of the energetic channels.

In this 7 days modules, you will be introduced to the yoga poses (asana) in the intermediate Series. They include deeper backends, hip openers, arm balance and headstand variations. Whenever you wanted a great challenge, you can develop your strong Self-practice after this module.

This module is also part of our 300hrs Yoga Teacher Training Program.
