Dhyana or No-mind Meditation
Program
Signs of the Soul (SOS)
Tatha
pratyeka tanata dhyanam
An uninterrupted flow of attention towards the same point is
called dhyana or profound meditation.
Dhyana is no-mind meditation. An act of moving the consciousness
towards the greater inner self through profound contemplation.
The sadhaka can only perform this after achieving complete
control over the wandering mind.
Dhyana removes the sense of ego and the sadhaka feels a pure
state and sense of innocence.
Mind is the cause of all suffering. As long as the mind is
present, ego will be present. Mind can only exists with duality,
awareness cannot exist with duality.
