Go Happy Go Lucky (sofie)

I just love to be around bouncy, laughing, smiling, happy people. It gives me new positive energy and I think smiling people are beautiful people.

Sometimes it can be difficult to find the positive energy and feel happy. The body feels heavy and the mind feels grey. Suddenly everything around you looks grey.

Luckily I learned in Arab Street that happiness is not something you need to run around and look for. Its right there, just inside of you. It is a choice! You choose to be happy. And if it’s a choice, why not choose it?

It sounds almost too simple. How to choose it?

Smile is always a good suggestion. If one of my kids feels a bit sad, I often suggest they try with a smile. Smile and see if it helps. Smiling on purpose can actually make you feel better. Just try. The brain will release endorphins and endorphins make us feel happier.

Also remember to believe in your choices. Believe that you know what is best for you. You know your strength, believe in the strength and use it. Continue self-development and continue your daily practice of yoga. We all know that these 5 weeks have done so much good for us. Believe in the feeling and commit to your self. And remember, that in a busy world time is not something you get, it is something you take.
