Breath is Magic! When life ‘s situations are fearful, difficult or painful we have a natural tendency to hold or strain our breathe. But, that is our life energy, which we need all the more of in those times. It is important to keep breathing! Especially, in when poses test our physical and emotional limits. Yoga teaches us to breathe right into the pain or fear, and all the other emotions. Deep breathing initiates a deep relaxation that gives us strength to face difficulties on and off the mat.
