200 Hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training

The goal of every human is to find within themselves an element of unconditional joy as well as fullfilment and contentment. Despite the fact that it might seem illusive as well as nearly unachievable, it is completely within everyone’s capability to achieve such a state, regardless of their physical, emotional, mental or spiritual inclination.

Our 200 Hr Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training  programme methodologically guides students through S01-YA-SCHOOL-RYS-200the exploration of Kundalini energy, according to the traditions and philosophy of anicient Yogic literature. The programme equips students with an understanding of the fundamentals of yoga and its impact on the body before going in-depth into Kundalini Yoga. It also provides tools to safely guide and inspire others in the practice of yoga or Kundalini Yoga with proper techniques, alignment and breath patterns.

Kundalini energy is the potential form of prana or life force, lying dormant in our body located at the Muladhara chakra. This energy is known as a coiled up serpent (literally, `kundalini` in Sanskrit is `coiled up`), which can spring awake when activated by spiritual disciplines and practices. The practitioners of Kundalini Yoga concentrate on psychic centers or chakras in the body in order to generate a spiritual power, known as the Kundalini.

The practice comprises of awakening and then forcing this energy, flowing through nadis or channels, up the psychic channel of the sushumna, which runs from the base of the spine to the brain.
